Brief Update

Last week was a fairly uneventful week for me — we had a quiet Labor Day at the house. We watched the Republican convention with interest. My favorite candidate did very well on his feet I thought. His running mate also seems quite competent to me. At least the initial polls indicate they’re off to a good start. Whether they’ll blow it or not is another question. I went out on the boat on Friday and we had a fairly routine cruise with lunch at Paradise Point. Mike Daniels and I have been doing a lot of thinking about the new book and I plan next week to fly to Washington to interview around a dozen key people in Network Solutions’ history. I’ll send you an update after we finish all the interviews.
