We will soon be publishing The SAIC Solution 2nd Edition and would love for current and former SAIC/Leidos employees to be part of the book cover photo block. Please reply to jdickerson@fed.org with a photo of yourself while working at SAIC/Leidos (at least 1 MB), the years you worked at the company, your department, etc. Thank you.

    Great idea.

I have submitted a picture of Employee Forum (formerly TEC) members from 2010. It would be very apropos to include some representation of this committee on the cover of the 2nd edition. This committee was unique among SAIC’s competitors, if not American business, and it epitomizes an important element of employee ownership, namely employees serving their coworkers by enhancing communication with corporate leaders and managers about policies and procedures that impact the working environment of employees across the enterprise.

Prior to the spinoff, the Employee Forum drafted proposals to the corporate leaders of both the new SAIC and Leidos for continuing similar committees into the new enterprises at much reduced cost. To my knowledge, they have not yet re-established those committees.

Thomas: Thank you for the photo of the SAIC Employee Forum, or the TEC as we used to call it. I agree with you that the committee was a key element in our successful employee ownership equation. — Bob
