My wife Betty recently attended a tour of the new UC San Diego Sulpizio Cardiovascular Center here in La Jolla. We were pleased to support the building of this world-class facility, and Betty and I served as honorary committee members while our good friends Tom and Carol Dillon chaired the formal gala grand opening of the Center on March 5, 2011. It is my understanding that the Sulpizio Center is now one of the top cardiovascular centers in the nation, if not the world. I have included a photo of Betty and Mindy Pawinski taken at the Center’s new Betty and Bob Beyster Garden. It looks like a beautiful place, and I hope to visit soon. — Bob
